Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the RouteFlow website and the RouteFlow iOS app.

By using RouteFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app or website.

1. About RouteFlow

RouteFlow is a delivery route planning app for couriers, owner-drivers and small logistics teams. Features may include route building, route optimisation, Driver Mode, proof of delivery, route history, reports, driver analytics, subscriptions and related tools.

2. App Store distribution

RouteFlow is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s App Store terms, Apple Media Services terms and Apple’s standard end user licence terms.

3. Subscriptions

RouteFlow may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use RouteFlow lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the app or website to store, create or share unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive or inappropriate content.

5. Driving and safety

RouteFlow is a planning and productivity tool. You are responsible for driving safely, following road laws, observing traffic conditions and using your own judgement. Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you while driving.

Routes, ETAs, distances, mileage, traffic estimates and optimisation suggestions are provided for planning purposes and may not always be accurate or suitable for every situation.

6. Route accuracy

RouteFlow aims to help improve route planning, but we do not guarantee that any route will be the shortest, fastest, safest, cheapest or most suitable route. Real-world conditions such as road closures, traffic, restrictions, weather, access issues and driver choices may affect results.

7. User content

You are responsible for the information you enter into RouteFlow, including delivery addresses, notes, proof of delivery photos, signatures, route records and any exported reports. You must ensure you have the right to store and use that information.

8. Proof of delivery

Proof of delivery features are provided to help you keep delivery records. You are responsible for ensuring that any photos, signatures or notes are captured appropriately and in line with your business, customer and legal requirements.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, change, suspend or remove features from RouteFlow at any time. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Intellectual property

RouteFlow, its branding, design, website content, app features, logos and related materials are owned by or licensed to RouteFlow. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or reverse engineer RouteFlow except as permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business, missed deliveries, route delays, inaccurate mileage, device issues, data loss or losses caused by reliance on route information.

12. Termination

You may stop using RouteFlow at any time. We may restrict access to the app or website if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or if required to protect the service or comply with law.

13. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law gives you additional rights in your location.
