This Privacy Policy explains how RouteFlow handles information when you use the RouteFlow website, RouteFlow Marketing trial forms and the RouteFlow iOS app.

RouteFlow may process route names, stops, addresses, notes, delivery photos, signatures, route history, analytics, saved depots and driver profile information that you add to the app.
The website may collect email address, trial code, campaign, source, referral code, influencer code, redemption status, timestamps, device identifier and basic technical data for trial and marketing analytics.
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to visitors of routeflowapphq.com and users of the RouteFlow iOS app.
2. App information
RouteFlow may process route planning and delivery information such as route names, stops, addresses, parcel counts, notes, proof of delivery photos, signatures, route history, reports, default start/end locations and driver profile statistics. Much of this information is stored locally on your device.
3. Location information
RouteFlow may use your device location when you choose to use navigation, Driver Mode, ETA, route progress, re-optimisation or current-location features. You control location permissions through iOS Settings.
4. Website trial, promo and marketing information
If you request a trial code, join a referral campaign or use a campaign link, RouteFlow may store your email address, generated code, campaign/source parameters, referral or influencer attribution, code redemption status, device identifier, timestamps, email status and related event logs.
5. Email communications
If you request a trial code or marketing offer, RouteFlow may send transactional or promotional emails related to your trial, code, expiry reminders, upgrade information or RouteFlow updates. You can choose not to use the website trial form if you do not want to provide an email address.
6. Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential WordPress, security, caching and campaign tracking technologies. Campaign URLs may include source, campaign or referral parameters to understand where trial users came from.
7. Subscriptions and payments
RouteFlow subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. RouteFlow does not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide subscription status information so the app can unlock the correct features.
8. Data sharing
RouteFlow does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only where needed for hosting, app functionality, support, legal compliance, App Store subscription handling, email delivery, security or where you choose to export/share data.
9. Your choices
- Manage app permissions in iOS Settings.
- Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID.
- Contact support for website trial, promo code or privacy questions.
- Delete local app data by deleting the app or using available app controls.
10. Security
RouteFlow uses standard platform and hosting protections, but no system is completely secure. Avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information in delivery notes.
