If a code fails, check the code was copied exactly, is not expired and has not already been redeemed. Website-generated codes are tracked in the RouteFlow Marketing Suite.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage or cancel.
