App support
For help with Route Builder, Driver Mode, subscriptions, proof of delivery, route history or reports, include your device model, iOS version and a short description of the issue.
Feature requests
RouteFlow is actively improving based on real courier and delivery driver feedback. Suggestions for routing, reports, address search and driver workflow are welcome.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can view, cancel or change your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
