These Terms apply to your use of the RouteFlow website, trial code system, promotional campaigns and RouteFlow iOS app.

1. About RouteFlow

RouteFlow is a route planning, driver navigation and delivery management app for couriers, owner-drivers and logistics teams.

2. App Store distribution

RouteFlow is distributed through the Apple App Store. App downloads, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple and may be subject to Apple terms. View RouteFlow on the App Store.

3. Subscriptions

RouteFlow may offer Free, Premium and Platinum tiers. Prices and feature availability are shown in the app and App Store. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple ID settings.

4. Trials and promotional codes

Trial, promo, referral and influencer codes are promotional offers. They may be limited to one use, one email, one device, one account, a campaign, a time period or a maximum number of redemptions. RouteFlow may reject, expire, revoke or change promotional codes where abuse, error or misuse is suspected.

5. Referral and influencer campaigns

Referral and influencer offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn. Rewards, commissions or promotional benefits are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by RouteFlow.

6. Driving and safety

RouteFlow is a planning and productivity tool. You remain responsible for safe driving, traffic laws, parking/access rules and judgement on the road. Do not interact with the app in a distracting way while driving.

7. Route accuracy

Routes, ETAs, mileage, timings, optimisation suggestions and reports are estimates for planning. Road closures, traffic, weather, restrictions and driver decisions may affect results.

8. Proof of Delivery

You are responsible for ensuring photos, signatures and notes are captured lawfully and appropriately for your delivery work.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, trial code system, API, app, referral system or marketing campaigns, including automated abuse, fake signups, code sharing abuse or attempts to bypass subscription limits.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteFlow is provided on an “as is” basis and is not liable for indirect losses, missed deliveries, delays, inaccurate mileage, lost business, data loss or reliance on route information.

11. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law gives you additional rights.
